The District 86 Annual Business Meeting(s) are April 23, 2022.

Your attendance is required for each meeting.

Who can vote?

• When the voting process is conducted virtually, no proxies will be permitted.
• District Executive Committee members are entitled to one vote and may cast up to two additional votes as a Club President or Vice President Education.
• All other members of the District Council shall be limited to a maximum of two votes.
• Quorum – One-third of the Club Presidents and Vice Presidents Education from Member Clubs in the District

Eligible voters must register before April 16,2022 to receive the ZOOM meeting links and be added to the voter list. You must be present for attendance to be on the voter list before the meeting start time.

Why Attend?

• Elect next year’s District leaders
• Participate in decisions affecting the members of District 86, including your club.
• Enable the District to carry on business.

Meeting Information and Practice Vote Sessions – April 12 & 13,2022.

Learn about your preparation requirements and practice voting in advance of the Annual Business meeting. Meeting will begin at 6:30 pm. Register before April 11 to be on the practice voter list.
